Baazigar Return & Exchange Policy

Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

Items purchased on sale or with discount codes (other than the “WELCOME” discount code) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Return/Exchange Duration & Eligibility

Our return/exchange window is 14 days. To qualify, you must ship the item back to us within 14 days from the moment your order is delivered.

For example, if you contact us on day 14 but send the return package on day 18, you will not be eligible for a return or exchange. If a chargeback is issued in such cases, we will present our shipping and return policy to the bank as proof that the policy was communicated clearly.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Any item that is damaged, altered, or missing original packaging will not be accepted.

  • Your return/exchange request will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Return Shipping Details

  • We provide return shipping labels only for orders within Pakistan.

  • For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed.

  • The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.

  • Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.

Exchange Policy

  • If you want to exchange an item, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item you wish to exchange, we will ship your replacement product.
